In May 2019 you put your trust and confidence in us once more to serve and represent you WE HOPE YOU WILL CONTINUE to support us in 2023 We Know your are frustrated with National Politics just as we are and in particular the behaviour of some MPS which like you believe is unacceptable and we have voiced our and your concerns at the highest level. However as many know we are very active in the community and in addition to the normal day to day challenges affecting our communities, we know and understand all of the significant issues in the our areas (as we always have) many of which are outlined in our web site However if there is something that you wish to discuss with us please follow the links and contact us directly. |
Our ChallengesOur challenges include HS2, The Proposed Giga Factory, The Kings Hill development, housing developments in Leek Wootton, Gateway South at Baginton, the restructure of the A45 and the A46 Junction at Stoneleigh, along with significant highway traffic problems associated with these developments.
Part of Our joint objective and commitment is to mitigate the impact of HS2 – as we cannot stop it but we believe we can try to minimise the disruption and fight for better benefits for our communities by communication, negotiation and being involved. Whilst at the same time protecting our green spaces and rural communities |
Our GoalsWe know things are TOUGH and we are doing every thing we can to Protect & Deliver reliable Warwick District Council Service.
We also believe that we need to protect the green areas of Stoneleigh, Cubbington, Ashow, Bubbenhall, Baginton and Leek Wootton by minimising and tackling the overspill from nearby towns to protect our village life and the green belt areas. We are also very much aware that given the current house building policy from central government and the introduction of the local plan in 2017 and the future Local Plan will present many challenges as well as opportunities and with this you can be sure that we will be both working tirelessly to represent you in order to get the best possible outcome with all these difficult challenges in the next few years. |
