Help with the new bin collection in WDC area

As part of the new waste collection service
One thing that is working well is the new WDC app which has all sorts of info on it and in particular if there is a delay in bin collection you get a message. Also, it reminds and tell you of the collection cycles (days etc) which is helpful.
