National election update for our area

The last of 14 public meetings held by Jeremy Wright was held in Kenilworth, the meeting was particularly well attended so much so they had to bring in extra seating.
The questions from the public were remarkably varied with topics ranging from
The current abortion legislation in Northern Ireland

• The Brexit back stop
• Fishing rites in our waters
• HS2 and Rail infrastructure 
• The future of Social

To name but a few.
The impact for Cllr Redford & Cllr Wright is that certain decisions and actions are not allowed to be discussed or implemented during this election period Understanding of the publics frustration with regards to past events (which is something we have voiced consistently)
December 12th will be (hopefully) a turning point so we can get on with things.
