Due to a system outage in WDC at the beginning of the week many online services were affected, the problem attributed to a hardware failure has now been completely resolved and the staff are working hard to sort out any backlog. We apologise for any inconvenience to residents and you can be sure everything is now back to normal. If you have any concerns with regards to anything you may have submitted on Monday contact the department involved.
